How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us, this email contains all of the details about your order, it also contains your order tracking number, along with a link directly to the courier's website. If you have an account with us, you'll also be able to track your order and see your order details from your account.  

(Please note: Orders sent with FedEx via Parcel2go may show on the tracking as "awaiting drop off" even after the parcel has been received by the courier. We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it)

 

 

What are your delivery options?
As standard, we offer free UK shipping on all orders, 

We offer a shipping upgrade for orders under £80, allowing you to upgrade to next-working-day shipping for an extra £5 

Orders over £80 are automatically upgraded to next working day shipping free of charge. 

UK mainland orders are usually sent with: 

Evri - standard delivery for orders under £80 

Next working day - UPS, FedEx, DPD

International orders are sent with Royal Mail, This is usually tracked, but depending on the country that the order is being shipped to, it may be sent as international standard, depending on the cost to ship to that country. 

orders to Northern Ireland are sent with Royal Mail 2nd class Tracked delivery 

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
We aim to make returns as easy as possible. Items purchased from us can be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery, simply email us at returns@gibsoncameras.com within 14 days and we'll handle it from there for you. For more information on our returns policy, please see:

How can I contact your couriers?
Generally, customers can't contact the couriers regarding the delivery or issues with delivery, but we can. If you have an issue with the delivery or you require an update on delivery, please contact us and we'll get in touch with the courier on your behalf and provide you with an update. 

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, International orders are sent via Royal Mail International. This is usually tracked, but depending on the country that the order is being shipped to, it may be sent as international standard, depending on the cost to ship to that country. 

International orders are charged at £24.10 which is inclusive of a £4.60 handling fee.

 

 

I placed my order before 3 PM. Will it get dispatched on the same day?

Usually, yes. If you place an order before 3 PM we aim to dispatch the same working day, but this isn't guaranteed. Occasionally, dispatch can take up to 2 working days during busy periods.  

 

We dispatch Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM until 3 PM

 

If your order is placed on a weekend or on a bank holiday, then it will be dispatched the next working day

How long until I receive my order?

For UK standard orders, we advise 3 - 5 working days for delivery of your item once it's been taken to the drop-off point. For next working day upgrades, we advise 1 - 2 business days, as this depends on the time that you place your order. Generally, orders placed before 12 pm have a better chance of reaching you the next working day.

 

(Please allow a few extra days for delivery during busy periods)

For international orders, we advise between 10 - 15 working days, but this may vary depending on your country.

Do you have a shop that I can visit?

Unfortunately, as of 26.04.22, our brick-and-mortar shop has closed and we've reverted back to online only.
