Return an item 

You can return an item purchased from Gibsoncameras.com within 14 days of delivery.

If you have purchased from us and would like to return your order, please email us at Returns@gibsoncameras.com or call us on 01709278228 and we will issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once your returns label has been issued to you, please package the item along with all included accessories, please be sure to print and fill out the included RTS (return to sender) form as well as your pre-paid label and drop off your parcel at a local drop off point within 14 days. 

(If you don't include the RTS form in your return parcel, this will delay your refund, as this form helps us to identify that the parcel is a return)

Once we have received your item back, we'll check it over and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

 Please note that if you're returning an item because of a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We advise sending returns with tracking.

There may be times when we require you to cover the return shipping costs until the item has been returned to us and checked, if this is the case, once we have checked the item and deemed a fault to be out of your control, we will then issue a refund of your return shipping costs, at the same time as your refund.

Please note, that we keep records of all serial numbers, as well as any distinguishing features for all items that we sell on our website. Once the item is received back with us, we will cross-reference these with the item that has been returned. If the item that has been returned to us, doesn't match our records, no refund will be issued and the case will be passed to the relevant fraud team.

When don't we accept returns? 

Although we do accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order, there are times when we're not able to offer a return or refund. These instances are listed below: 

  • When an item is marked as faulty or untested on-site before purchase, these items are final sale and can't be returned.

  • If an item is new in the packaging and you have removed the packaging and opened the item 

  • When you've had your item for more than 14 days
